Happy Monday Ladies and Gents!
So we have exactly three weeks until my first ever pinup show. I can’t even believe it’s almost here! So for the next three weeks I’m going to really try and be strict in my diet and meal prepping…….blech.
Every Sunday afternoon I essentially devote the entire day to prepping my meals for the week. This is especially helpful because I can also catch up on my Netflix, Reading, Laundry, etc etc etc because I am ALWAYS scoping out new meal prep hacks. I am the most efficiently lazy woman out there!
It’s been a proven method for me and I know that if I devote that time, I’ll be thanking myself for the rest of the week.
This is my the menu for week one:

Cold brew coffee with protein powder and almond milk (http://thepioneerwoman.com/cooking/2011/06/perfect-iced-coffee/)
Oatmeal bags with dried fruit and/or granola
Boiled egg (whites only)
After”hard boiling” the eggs in the oven we separated the yolk from the whites (http://www.familyfreshmeals.com/2012/11/how-to-make-perfect-hard-boiled-eggs-in-the-oven.html)
Protein energy balls
This Protein is what I used and its AMAZING:
Marinated Chicken and Veggies
The marinades I used:
Apples and almond butter or almonds
Baked Fish and Veggies
Night time snack
Chocolate Protein Smoothie or
Greek yogurt with fruit
After all the food was cooked and cooled I separated it into containers:
And every morning it is now ready to grab and go on my way out the door. The only thing I have to put together the day of will be the oatmeal and adding the protein powder and milk to my cold brew coffee.
All packed and ready to go!!
