Protein Coffee Addiction!

Every morning starts off with the nectar of the gods. And it is fabulous!! The best part of waking up…..and all that jazz.

Well I have come back to ya with a lazy girl meal prep hack! How do you get a frappuchino without all the calories and about 25 grams of protein. Well just combine these ingredients in a mason jar and shake shake shake!!!


Yup! That’s it!!! And it’s delicious! If I’m feeling extra naughty then I might even add a dash of cinnamon on top!!!

Combine in a mason jar:
Cold brew coffee
Cinnamon flavored protein powder
Almond milk
Cinnamon powder
Stevia for added sweetness
Combine to your taste and thickness preference
